I literally can not get enough of this super girly blouse from HAUS 131. Pleats are normally an unflattering, hard trend to pull off.  They especially get tricky when the entire garment is made of pleats and you feel like a giant lamp shade! The peek-a-boo back detail is a perfect touch without making the blouse feel overwhelmed with pleats! Can't wait to see what else I can pair it with. I see cut-off shorts and a fedora in my future....
